bad link on Service Status Portal page

From the page http://portal.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=2&?helpheader=servicestatus the link to the "Network Performance Graphs" is given as http://portal.plus.net/support/network_performance/ however the link should be http://portal.plus.net/support/service/ from where you can choose which Network Performance graph you need.
If you do follow the link as published, you get a custom 404 page.
