Customer Support Stats

I pity the poor customer who has been waiting 1 day, 2hrs, 54 minutes and 2 seconds (Longest waiting call now).
Or, alternatively, is there something up with the stats?

There was one the other day that had been waiting for nearly 4 days. Guess it's a glitch in the system, not registering a hang-up or something similar.

Yeah, it's a glitch with the reporting. Our IT Team will get it sorted out as soon as they can.

There is no way anyone could listen to that dire on hold music for that long.
I find 10 mins listening to the on hold music is enough to make me hang up and come on here instead.
It is always distorted and way to loud.
