Thanks for pointing this out Oldjim.
We're aware that this needs rectifying.
It's not a call that's stuck, it seems to have been caused by the phone system maintenance that was carried out on the 23rd.

The reporting for it is stuck at the moment, we've notified the relevant person to get this sorted so should be back to normal shortly.

It looks as though it wasn't reporting correctly last night, looks better now though?
The "Currently unavailable" is still being investigating by our third party vendor.

I'm surprised to see how bad the business lines are - never saw anything that bad when I was a business user. Problems on the business call desk or another stats reporting issue?
