I posted on the forums and within 30mins someone called me regarding it.<BR />Basically BT somehow had the wrong address for my flat, Plusnet sorted me out with an Expedited install date for a couple of days later.<BR />Engineer came out yesterday and installed my line, Plusnet worked instantly giving me speeds of 74mb down, 19mb up and 14ms on speedtest.net!
