Can plus net do the simplest things?

In January we moved and wanted the phone and BB moved and also to get fibre. Its now march and since January we have been paying for a plus net phone but guess what we haven't got one as they have lost it all the websites have our number listed but we have another number not our own and no one cares or wants to find it for us. We got the fibre BB and were quoted 32 meg down we get 9 meg worse than before again no one will do anything #80332715 last updated by plus net on the 7th march

If you go to http://ip-lookup.net/ does it come up with a Plusnet IP address ?

I'm really sorry that your ticket hasn't been picked up since 7th March, this is due to an agent error, I have fed this back to their manager. I'm in the process of passing this over to a manager for this to be picked up as a priority.
