I am disappointed that after being informed that my new line was working, I find that there is a ring tone but I am not receiving any calls. I have unplugged my phone as directed by Jesse the virtual assistant but things have not changed. Please help as thephone lines are busy. Thanks

It is unlikely that this will be picked due to the Easter Weekend

I've tested your line and we've identified a external fault which will most likely be the cause
