    <description>no matter what I try to get on the plus net phone it says emergency anouncment for Res and cuts you off tried support customer service etc all do the same there is no service from plusnet</description>

      <description>Unfortunately we had a fire alarm meaning we had to leave the office in Sheffield for a short while, we're back in now and you should be able to get through to support again. Sorry for any inconvenience.</description>

      <description>A serious question - I could understand that if you only had one office but why weren't all calls automatically transferred to the Leeds office</description>
