      <title>Very Good Fibre Install - Very pleased</title>

      <description>Hi all,&lt;BR /&gt;I'm a returning Plusnet customer as I've now moved out of a Virgin area.&lt;BR /&gt;The following happened to me during the install :&lt;BR /&gt;1. Signed up on-line through topcashback.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Specified the date I would like the install.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Received the speed estimate.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Phone was activated within a couple of days.&lt;BR /&gt;5. Received many text messages, emails etc. advising of each stage. &amp;nbsp;I know people moan about Plusnet and their lack of communication but the level I recieved was great.&lt;BR /&gt;5. BT engineer arrived on the specified day within the specified time.&lt;BR /&gt;6. All installed without problem, pleasent BT guy - no issues at all with the quality of the install.&lt;BR /&gt;7. Plugged in my own router that I've used for years. Found the settings for plusnet on the website - easy to find and follow.&lt;BR /&gt;8. Checked the speed test - practically exactly the speed as promised.&lt;BR /&gt;9. Received the topcashback without having to chase it (received very quikly as well)&lt;BR /&gt;All in all very pleased with the install, don't genuinely think it can have gone any better. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks everyone involved.&lt;BR /&gt;All</description>
