Would I suggest plus net to anyone

At the moment I would not suggest Plus net to anyone at the moment. I have referred a few people and recently my neighbour has join. I regret referring them now.
Ever since I have moved to 21CN plus net been awe full. Recently speed is poor and I just can't figure it out...

How do you define "poor", and have you reported a problem supplying any evidence?
Can you post a summary of it here, or maybe in a more relevant thread if you want help?

I raised a ticket saying my speed is slow on the 23rd
I raided a fault on the 26th
And speed is poor
