Issues overview
Following issues have been found:
Media Access Gateway delays when connects to ACS
Description
Media Access Gateway synchronization takes up to one hour or even more before connects to ACS, a change of the ACS
URL should always trigger a 0 bootstrap, which is not taking place.
Workaround
None.
Device unauthorization is impossible on the WLAN with GUI
Description
The Allowed on WLAN check box on the Media Access Gateway GUI cannot be enabled.
Workaround
None.
VDSL data GUI counter not updated
Description
No statistics of transferred VDSL2 (i.e. only in case of VDSL2 line synchronization) data are shown on the GUI.
Workaround
None.
LED menu on service platforms is incompatible
Description
The LED menu changed and some parameters have been removed. Because of that, the menu is incompatible.This
incompatibility cause errors in the field when an ISP wants to upgrade their install base.

None.

Description
The GUI-based CLI(Web CLI) does not work on MediaAccess Gateway Business products.
Workaround
None.
PPP interface enable when disabled per TR-069
Description
The issue occurs in case disabling the PPPinterface (enable=0) via TR-069, and there is traffic trying to go out, the
MediaAccess Gateway enabled the PPPinterface again.
Workaround
None.

Following issues have been found:
RxDMAQ disabled during Routed-LAN throughput test
Description
On Media Access Gateway products with the RxDMAQ disabled during Routed-LAN throughput test, because no traffic
has been routed anymore by Media Access Gateway.
Workaround
None.
String with space character is not accepted correctly in DHCP rule
Description
In DHCP rule, if ASCII string contains space character, then only characters before space is accepted from the string. But the
expected behaviour is to accept the entire string.
Workaround
None.
QR Code generated by the Media Access Gateway can cause problems on Android smart phones
Description
Consider editing the wireless settings and generating a new QR code to configure a smart phone. When scanning the code
with the smart phone, the QR reader application crashes, causing problems with the normal operation of the phone.
Access to GUI may temporarily fail
Description
Opening too many parallel GUI sessions may cause the Media Access Gateway web service to block; a restart of the
Media Access Gateway is required to recover from the issue.
Workaround
If the GUIi s blocked, restart your Media Access Gateway

That's not a parody and it's a bit early for April Fool's, it actually says that load of enterprise-grade buzzword compliant rubbish.
It gives me the impression that jamming apps into it has a higher priority than making stuff work properly.

For fun I put that lot in to a translator, then on another translated back to English! Homeware came back as "household goods".
Could Technicolor become Tescocolor soon? Those translators must know something we don't
