Maybe with a caveat that using the 0845 number would potentially be quicker though ?

I notice you can get through to Plusnet for most issues on a Freephone number but might it be an idea to also use one for the cancellations department ?
If you already have a customer who is either wound up enough to want to cancel or just thinking about leaving, potentially making them pay for a phone call while trying to keep their business though your retentions department could be considered counter productive ?
Just a thought on this prompted by another post on here.

You can use the standard support number(s) to get through to the customer options team too.
