Worked satisfactorily for some nine months. <BR />But when I encountered a prob which was preventing me getting into the net I decided (after much head-scratching) to contact the said router supplier. Well. the router might be OK, but the custserv was poor. Despite dialling an 0845 number, found I had to extricate myself from conversation with someone who sounded as if speaking from the Philippines or somesuch. Just couldn't understand her 'English' speech at all.<BR />Managed to contact the Yorkshire lads (at 8am!) and received service which, in the circs, was arguably beyond the call of duty.
