Weird Intermittant issues still continuing.

Ref Question #78545065 OCUld PN please revisit the ticket / question.
My issues of intermittent slow web are still continuing. My pings can be as high as 300 to 400 on both wired via router and modem and with direct pppoe.
Even when the web browsing is so slow the speedtest.btwholesale always works.
Latest engineer advises a possible port change might help does anyone else have this experience and what was the solution.
