Hi thomasart,
I'm really sorry about the problem with your billing. I can see it happened as some discounts we were fully expecting to be deducted from your bill weren't added.
I can see this has now been corrected and discounts are in place for future bills so I'm confident to say that shouldn't happen again. I'd advise setting up a new direct debit as soon as you can to avoid any further issues when the next bill is due.
Having highlighted a problem with my direct debit payment last month which saw plus net help itself to money it wasn't entitled to.Its all very well them saying that the over payment will be refunded but it might take 10-14 days. Why did they then repeat the same mistake yet again. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone and had to resort to going to my bank and cancelling my direct debit just to stop them using my bank account as a payday loan company. It was arranged that somebody would contact me to set up new D.D. payments, but I had my service blocked. Result another 40 minuets of my life wasted on the phone to try and resolve a problem not of my making. I can honestly say im not overjoyed so far with the inaction of plus net to remedy the problem, the only person who has been inconvenienced is me. Hope I dont have to resort to cancelling my D.D.again next month. I may have to start billing them for my time.
