      <description>At a guess you have seen how handy it is to see problems in action and recorded.&amp;nbsp; So how about you make a similar tool and run it in house, rather than rely on a third party&lt;BR /&gt;Maybe you could factor in dynamic IP addresses, so the graph is correct with the new IP address without customer intervention.</description>
