    <description>I would be interested if anyone from Plusnet could comment on this.&amp;nbsp; They could easily have lost this sale as their salesman was very difficult to understand because the line quality was so poor.</description>

      <description>Just been helping with a sign-up for Plusnet Broadband via the Plusnet Telephone sales line.&amp;nbsp; I had to intervene because the sound quality on the sales line was so bad that it was nearly incomprehensible; a terrible acoustic with lots of reverberation, not to mention the background noise.&amp;nbsp; Plusnet, surely you can afford to buy your sales staff some telephones instead of the tin cans and string that it sounds like they are using?</description>

      <description>Strange.&lt;BR /&gt;All Sales calls should be coming into Sheffield, so I'd be surprised if there were any call quality issues.&lt;BR /&gt;RR - I'm very sorry that your friend had hearing problems, I'll keep an eye out for similar reports.</description>
