What annoys me most even though james is off work and nothing against him. MY TICKET was sent this morning at 11.42 and said it will be replied in 6 hrs. NO DAMN REPLY> PLUS NET ARE REALLY GETTING ON MY NERVE... I am NOW Looking for a new supplier and i am going to VOID my contract with Plus Net I dont care what they do. THEY dont deserve my money anymore

It's called a weekend, and posting more information as to what your problem is would help.

Hi Rookey,
As I mentioned previously I'll be more than happy to refund the debarring charges, but I'm not able to do so until the payment has been taken so that I can make the refund against the correct invoice.
Once the payment has been taken, I'll get the refund issued, which will take upto 10 working days to complete.

Ok so can you look into my account and send me a ticket on what you will be crediting to my Bank account after the invoice been paid. I have been charged 3 call Baring which I am not happy about. But please look into this and send me a ticket.
