Member Centre Website Problems

Apologies if this is the wrong forum.
I am getting "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." when accessing pages within the Member Centre. This is particularly true when I click on Help and Support, which load, but then the next link fails.
Win 7 Firefox (uptodate) and everything else seems fine on my machine.
I also tried to change my Direct debit details and it failed.

Just checked and no problem here same system
Went right through to changing payment details

I managed to change my debit card however even when I rang through they were unable to change the direct debit. Waiting for feed back in the morning.
