Back to a substandard service, poor customer service and 120 hour updates.

I can see you've spoken to us about your fault since you posted and that an engineer is due to visit this afternoon.

I think I know the complaints process fairly well by now unfortunately but I am taking him at his word, which was “give him a shout”
