As I am already disillusioned with your shambolic waiting times trying to ring and I have read that many people have had problems, could you please check that mt order made on tuesday is progressing, albeit in total silence behind the scenes? The only reference I seem to have is Email ref: E0401, surname young, ne46 4tl. I need the phone number for obvious reasons but the house has been empty for a while.Thanks.
