https://community.plus.net/t5/Plusnet-Feedback/Unable-to-get-my-MAC-code/m-p/1042765#M45004 It should be a simple thing, log on request MAC code, receive MAC code by email but no you have to phone support line which is either number unobtainable or after half an hour on hold it hangs up on you.  I know you PlusNet wants the chance to talk me out of leaving but this is just not going to happen now.  It was bad enough the monthly fee doubling but not the service has go to pot there really no reason at all to stay.
