    <description>Question #77546075 &lt;BR /&gt;Hi I wondered if anyone could help as the engineer did not turn up or call to install phone and broadband. &amp;nbsp;I took a day off work &lt;BR /&gt;And when I rang up customer service there was nothing they could do.&lt;BR /&gt;Incredibly frustrating, Id just like some response please.</description>

      <description>Hi, really sorry about that. I can see our suppliers have booked in a replacement appointment for this Friday the 13th in the afternoon between 1pm and 6pm, so we can leave that in place or get it changed if you wish? Please let us know. I'm afraid there's no notes I can see on the order regarding the appointment being missed on the 9th, though it does look like some of the provisioning work was done on that date.</description>
