    <description>I have been experiencing the above on and off for most of this year but over the last couple of months they are getting more frequent, this usually remedied by a router reboot. this week end after another incident I decided to swap my netgear over for the Technicolour router I purchased from plusnet as a spare, this would not set up and connect to the internet although I tried to on two occasions with the Ethernet and the internet lights intermittently flashing. I have tried to contact tech support on the supplied phone number but you are put on hold for ages, with the stupid background music interrupted&amp;nbsp; by the "sorry to keep you waiting" message, well after 39 mins I gave up and tried three times the next day at various times with the same delay.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;  Plusnet I have been a happy customer for 6 years now you need more than ONE member of tech staff manning the phones. still cant get through after 4 days now.</description>
