      <description>Sorry to hear about the problem with your service. &lt;BR /&gt;Having just made a few checks the connection seems to be dropping out frequently which is why you've been seeing the router login screen. (please see the graph below which shows this)&lt;BR /&gt;The details you would need to enter there by the way should be "Administrator" for the username with the router's serial number being the password. &lt;BR /&gt;I can see you've raised a ticket using the link jelv provided, however I'd urge you to raise this using our online faults troubleshooter at &lt;A href="http://faults.plus.net" target="_blank"&gt;http://faults.plus.net&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I know that's asking more from yourself but that will save on a good deal of back and forth between you and ourselves as it will make sure we have all the information we need to deal with the issue for you. &lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;img src="http://community.plus.net/visualradius/generated/image13826967055462.png"/&amp;gt;</description>
