How long does it take to switch to plusnet ???

So how long does it take.
Ok i signed up on line on the 8th October so far i have received absolutely nothing,no emails.no texts,no phone calls to say when my service will start and here we are on the 24th October according to info on web site it says 5 to 7 working days !!!! over to you plusnet

Hi Den1,
Sorry to see that you're not activated yet, the order had not been processed and this had not been picked up I'm afraid.
I've placed this manually and this will take 5 working days to complete, you'll receive your router in the post in a few days time.
I've updated your ticket on your account which you can view here.

Any idea when i might be activated, BB went off early hours of yesterday morning no signs of life yet

Hi Den1,
I've just activated the account for you as the order has completed not so long ago. You can now connect your router and should be able to get access to the internet
