Didn't see that anywhere on the website, would have been useful information.<BR />Waited another 15 minutes today and the guy could not locate my new address. It is in the middle of nowhere, but has previously had an active landline. <BR />Guy said he would phone me back at three to get the old phone number at the address, which I had to get from a friend. 3pm has come and gone and no call back. <BR />Call wait times currently estimated at 20 minutes. <BR />I am moving in three weeks, and Plusnet wants two-three weeks notice. <BR />Please arrange a call back promptly.
