      <description>I submitted a ticket on the 14th of october and so far it has changed state twice, once with an update to say that it couldn't be answered because it was waiting on a reply from Kelly and then again to say it has been passed back to the CSC and would be answered in due course. On neither occasion was any information added to the ticket so I think it's fair to say it hasn't been answered yet, and it's way past 72 hours &amp;nbsp;&lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@6BD5E1FD9194A889D807C8E641344CF1/images/emoticons/sad.gif" alt="Sad" title="Sad" /&gt;</description>
