    <description>after complaining on the forum on tuesday night, I received a call from chriss pettitt, and i must give credit where it,s due.As originally stated regarding a non appearance by the telephone engineer, \i was told by the girl at plusnet , it would probably be 21st october before the apointment would be re scheduledHowever chris rearranged it for today, and the engineer arrived bang on timejavascript:void(0); &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@104CD63F9302A50EF5EC70FE32BB8AA1/images/emoticons/smiley.gif" alt="Smiley" title="Smiley" /&gt; &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@104CD63F9302A50EF5EC70FE32BB8AA1/images/emoticons/smiley.gif" alt="Smiley" title="Smiley" /&gt; and couldn,t have been more pleasant and helpful.This was finished up later in the day with a telephone call from Chris to chedk everything was ok. My faith as a new customer with Plusnet has been restored !!!!&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks again Chris Pettitt</description>
