    <description>Many thanks to the two Plusnet call centre agents who helped me with my problem this morning.&lt;BR /&gt;I had received a phishing email containing malware which purported to come from Amazon and was having problems forwarding it to Amazon's investigation centre.&lt;BR /&gt;My Anitvirus programme would not allow me to forward the email.&lt;BR /&gt;Although Plusnet Support was very busy, both agents treated my issue with patience and courtesy.&lt;BR /&gt;Special thanks goes to the second Plusnet agent who forwarded the email for me.&lt;BR /&gt;Amazon later confirmed that tthey had received the email.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@104CD63F9302A50EF5EC70FE32BB8AA1/images/emoticons/smiley.gif" alt="Smiley" title="Smiley" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;</description>
