Got to say the support in the forum has been extremely helpful had a few teething troubles ( one my own fault lol ) all sorted out for me and very speedy thank you very much

I watched these forums for a while before I jumped ship from BE to Plusnet. While they don't solve every problem, the majority of issues are rectified and the staff seem a good bunch
