Fibre installed today - Thank you Plusnet

Hi -
I am always quick to criticize so thought it only fair to say well done and thank you.
Engineer arrived today at the time he said he would and installed my fibre connection with no problems.
He did a cracking job and ran the extension upstairs to where I needed it without a problem. The guys name was Craig, I believe, and he was a credit to you ( well BT).
Service is up and running straight away and speeds are excellent - I am over the moon.
So thanks again Plusnet - Nice one!
