Why not upgrade everyone as a nice fair thing to do for the existing customer instead of charging me a further £5 for an extra 5GB of usage. Plusnet good honest fair my A""".

Personally, I'm happy as it is (having set my "additional spend" to zero and putting up with slow speeds for 4 days in 365 ) - and that's with SamKnows taking 2GB* per month out of the 10GB. If there was no change in costs, of course I would welcome the change (and those on unlimited would expect a cost reduction)
However, I do make use of cron jobs and wget to download in the 00:00 to 08:00 slot

* plus 1GB during the unmetered overnight block

It's available to all customers to change to if they wish via our website? We've certainly made no secret of the fact that we're selling unlimited broadband.
