Surveymonkey Feedback

Hi. I was sent an email asking me to provide feedback via Surveymonkey, complete with a link to the feedback form.
However, when I press the link, I get presented with a page thanking me for taking the survey (i.e. the end page) rather than the feedback form itself.
Have you filled in the answers you wanted for me already

Hi there,
I've checked the link from a copy of the email sent to you that's been recorded on your account and it seems to work as intended.
I'm wondering if you've recently completed another survey that might have been based on surveymonkey?
I'd clear your browser's cache of cookies and temporary internet files and see if that helps.

Yes, I regularly get a survey to answer from Plusnet (the only Surveymonkey ones I do have)..
I cleared the Surveymonkey cookies and it seems to run OK now.. thanks for the help.
