      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;I would like to express my appreciation for &lt;SPAN style="color:red;"&gt;[removed]&lt;/SPAN&gt; for persisting with BT and getting the broadband fault resolved. I am now getting more than 5mb speed. Plusnet customer service has been very good in keeping me updated about the progress through text, email and phone call even though it was a frustrating time with poor broadband speed. It turned out the property I had moved into has two telephone lines and the previous line was of poor quality. &lt;BR /&gt;Overall plusnet has been excellent in organising the moving of broadband and telephoneline from my previous connection and the resolving the slow speed .&lt;BR /&gt;well done.&lt;BR /&gt;regards&lt;BR /&gt;Mr. Pattan&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:8pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:red;"&gt;[Moderator's note by Dick(Strat): CSA name removed as per the &lt;A href="http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,218.0.html#post_contact" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;B&gt;forum rules&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/A&gt;.]&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:red;"&gt;But moved to hidden board for Plusnet to see.&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>
