I've just completed my phone and broadband set-up. The whole process was painless, simple and grief free. I've been with O2 before and thought they were impressive but you beat them hands down. My partner is with Virgin and she seems to have problems every month.
Your updates via text and email have kept me up to speed and when I had one query it was answered promptly.
All in all I'd recommend Plusnet and I can see why you've won so many awards.
