Portal ticket reply notification problem

I meant to post about this ages ago because the problem has been ongoing with several tickets. I have a ticket which is done with. I have viewed it in the portal but every time I sign in I get the notice at the top that my ticket has been replied to. It doesn't matter how many times I click the 'x' or click to view, it WON'T GO AWAY. This really, really annoys me. Can you please fix this glitch?

Not going to jump on this bandwagon but I've also had this in the past and it would be nice to have it fixed. I just got used to ignoring it until it stopped happening (currently I can log in without such mis-notifications) but I don't remember how long it was before it 'fixed itsself').

Just to let you know that we've raised problem 76821 in order to get this sorted. I'll let you know on any progress with this.
