Very slow upload speed - how do I get it uncapped?

I have just switched from Be to Plusnet ADSL and the download speed at 6.3 Mbps is fair but the upload speed is only 0.34 Mbps or so, about a third of what I had been getting with Be Broadband (and Demon before that some years ago). I gather from other messages that by default lines have a "capped" upload speed and that the restriction can be removed on request, but I can't see how to do that. This measly upload speed will become very annoying I can see - can someone tell me how I go about requesting the removal of the cap?

You could raise a ticket but a member of the Digital Care Team will most likely pick up the request from this forum post.
