    <description>In all honesty you might be alright - it looks like we tried to order for you twice but something happened behind the scenes on our suppliers' systems and rejected the order. As such the MAC might not yet register as having been used.&lt;BR /&gt;I can't say that with absolute certainty, but it would be worth a go - sorry if it doesn't work though.&lt;BR /&gt;Also thanks for trying us, sorry we didn't manage to get the service working in time for you.</description>

      <description>Hi Matt and thanks for the reply.&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately due to the time taken to sort anything out i've decided to leave.&lt;BR /&gt;Would the mac key i sent PN on the 24th of July still be viable for another supplier or would i need a new one?</description>
