      <description>This evening, using Speedtest.net my IP address is given as 216.185.35.43 with high ping and location is California. This is confirmed by other IP lookup web sites.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;S&gt;Is this a Plusnet IP address? &lt;BR /&gt;Can't make out what's going on as I'm not using a proxy.&lt;/S&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Resolved - found that "Hotspot Shield" (a free vpn) had been installed without my knowledge when installing another application (think it was KM player) (sneaky that).&lt;BR /&gt;Moderator - you may remove this post.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.</description>
