How do you thank all the kind people?

I have never experienced such support, even in real life, from people I don't know. It is a wonderful uplifting feeling that people can give there time/knowledge/experience, for no gain, to other people, just because they can!! Particularly when they know it's yet another person on the net who has not a clue what they are doing........teriffic

It certainly is a great forum, for socialising and techie queries - one of Plusnet's great strengths and attractions for me.

I would guess that there are far more customers happy with support from PlusNet than we ever see here.
It's a (almost) thankless task as I expect many see it as people just doing the job they are paid to do.
I my experience the team here DO go far beyond that.
Long may it continue.
