Just signed up for Plusnet Fibre (after being with O2 for years) and was surprised to see how little the member portal has changed, icons exactly the same and pretty much the same functionality. Really surprised me to see such little change!

Agreed we've not really changed that much!
Is there anything in particular you'd like to see change or any suggestions for anything new?

Not really sure Adam, seems to be everything I need, just expected a different look and feel after 5 years away lol
by the way why isnt there a fibre forum?
