Where has my question gone? It has been removed !

I had a complaint to higher level complaints, and the thread and question seems to have been removed from "My Questions"..Why is this?
I called in today to ask abou this and was told it ws still an open question and they could view it - however I cannot view it.
The assistant could no tell me why it had been removed from my view..
I have posted this on billing section but nobody has answered.

It'll be because there are too many open tickets on your account. I can see a couple that can be closed as they were just information from us, so give me 5 minutes and you should be able to see your complaint ticket again.

Can you please return it to my list of questions again please? I am waiting for a reply and cannot see wahat is going on if it is not there.
