      <description>&lt;B&gt;&lt;/B&gt; Had an engineer appointment booked for today 15th between 1pm-6pm&amp;nbsp; Engineer has failed to show up not had any call to update why he never showed up i have been in all afternoon when i could have been doing other things IMHO openreach should be fined for each and every appointment they fail to turn up to Ticket ID #70765143</description>

      <description>Hey James,&lt;BR /&gt;Just had a look into this for you, the fault hasn't been returned to us as of yet, and is showing as "Open - In Progress"&lt;BR /&gt;I'm here for another 25 minutes and will keep an eye on it for you and if they send it back to us we can arrange another appointment for you.       <description>After speaking with technical support they don't know why the engineer never showed up so now it's looking like this going to have to be rebooked .</description>

      <description>Also to add im still having to put up with an overheating openreach modem that cuts out i now feel im going to have to resort in buying one from ebay since openreach failed to turn up .</description>
