since joining plusnet on 3rd april this year the service i have recieved is pitifull,
wish i had stayed with bt at least my download speed was a stable1.6mb,now i can only get 0.6mb and nothing they can do .....
but charge me £119.27 if i wish to leave!!
bbc i player buffering buffering..... just not good enough plusnet, turn :(the speed up????

Sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. I can see that your speeds have fluctuated since you've been with us.
I can see that you've a fault raised with us, can you confirm that you're connected to your test socket?
