    <description>Hi Folks,&lt;BR /&gt;I signed up for unlimited fibre last week and I have an engineer appointment this coming Friday.&lt;BR /&gt;Everything appears to be progressing normally apart from my order tracker seems to be stuck at "checking your line" with the comment "We've found a potential problem on your telephone line. We'll look into this and will be in contact with you shortly".&lt;BR /&gt;Is this anything to be concerned about?&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Nope, there shouldn't be anything to worry about. The agent who placed your order missed a step on the order tracker, I've updated that now and dispatched your router.</description>
