Just want to thank the Plusnet team for a super smooth transaction and share some positive feedback.
I ordered plusnet 2 weeks ago due to their rep. They instantly emailed / text me with updates and kept this up throughout the order process.
If i've had any questions, they have promptly replied via the forums!
Install date was today and i woke up to another e-mail from them with some great information and an information pack attached to the mail to. The engineer arrived and installed the fiber no problems. Quoted speed from Plusnet was 67, i am currently getting 78!
Very impressed with the communication and smooth transaction from you guys, so thank you!
