    <description>@Jelv&lt;BR /&gt;Looks like they've just been missed, I'll get someone to take a look today.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;@purleigh&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately it isn't as simple as you believe to fix your issue (assuming you mean your CGI ticket?), it requires an overall fix as currently the creation of CGI space is broken.</description>

      <description>The average close time for questions and for connection faults have not been updated since &amp;nbsp;April 2, 2013, 9:26 am.&lt;BR /&gt;Are they simply broken or is the story they tell getting embarrassingly bad?</description>

      <description>I've had a question open since &lt;B&gt;24th February&lt;/B&gt;, nobody seems bothered about answering it, just kicking it down the road by returning the question to the "Services pool" for someone else to pick up a few days later to just do the same again and again.....&lt;BR /&gt;It's not even a difficult question, and should be resolvable in just a few minutes by someone who actually knows what they're doing !&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@60D8B9A7EF595F957F721D893E7B8359/images/emoticons/crazy2.gif" alt="Crazy" title="Crazy" /&gt;</description>
