      <title>Very Satisfactory Service</title>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I've been with Plusnet for 10+ years with very few problems therefore have only needed to contact Customer Service infrequently. &lt;BR /&gt;The latest occasion sums it up. &lt;BR /&gt;I phoned last Saturday evening, &amp;nbsp;the phone was answered reasonably quickly by a very pleasant and capable lady, I didn't catch her name, we discussed my problem and agreed it could be my router she reminded me I was eligible for a free router.&lt;BR /&gt;As it was a Saturday evening and from comments I've read on here I had my doubts when she suggested I'd probably receive it on Tuesday and &amp;nbsp;that the installation should be straight forward.&lt;BR /&gt;Those doubts were prove to be unfounded, the Router duly arrived yesterday and the installation was indeed straightforward and t was up and running with no problems as easily as she said it would be.&lt;BR /&gt;Now only time will tell if it is the cure for my problem.&lt;BR /&gt;So, well done and thank you.&lt;BR /&gt;Ces&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
