Portal Down? (Cannot login)

Keeps saying wrong username and password, but it is exactly the same username and password I use for the forum.
Has worked as I have raised a ticket and would like to check it.
Is the portal down?

They aren't necessarily the same
For the portal you should use the username and password as in your router when you are connected to Plusnet servers

You're right Jim! But I'm sure I've managed to log in with just the handle and selecting plusnet from the dropdown.
But 99% it is me being a fool!
