    <description>Never Again, as a customer services worker I can honestly say I will rate my experiences with plusnet 0.&amp;nbsp; I find I am in contract (hate the word) and there is no way out but to pay an over the top termination fee.&amp;nbsp; I upgraded as I was using the service more which created a new contract (super hate the word).&amp;nbsp; I am not aloowed to downgrade, I cannot switch services and I am paying for soemthing that rquires my calling and hanging on the phone for 35 mins.&amp;nbsp; I am still on the line! I wonder is everyone else complaining.&amp;nbsp; Get more staff and then train them better!</description>

      <description>Very quick response from complaints manager.&amp;nbsp; I appreciate that.&amp;nbsp; It is unfortunate that you had all the answers I needed before we got to this point, but thank you for your response, agreeable actions and taking on board what I said.&amp;nbsp; I firmly believe that you will do something about it.</description>
